FAQ's

Orders
  • All orders ship within 2-3 business days from our fulfillment center in Texas. Please add on at least 3 days for domestic shipping and for international times may range from a few days to ten or more. For International orders 1 week to 5 weeks depending on customs. We can not control the customs times and the wait periods. 
  • All Patterns shown in the product photos may vary from piece to piece depending on fabric print and placement. 
  • All images, names, and patterns are trademarked. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 Returns/Exchanges

  • We are happy to take back items that are new/unused/unworn and still in their original packaging within 30 days from receipt of your order. 
  • We quality check our items before they leave so unless damaged in transit, it is highly unlikely that they arrive to your damaged. 
  • We are happy to exchange the size purchased if they are unused and unworn. 
  • In order to initiate a return or exchange, please first email us at hello@zionsdenapparel.com 

Non-returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for gift cards, items won in a giveaway, and/or items purchases using a discount code, during a sale, or holiday promotion. 
International Orders
  • Please allow extra time for shipping as this can vary with the carrier itself due to delays, customs holds, or anything of that nature.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • We are legally not allowed to pay for customs or duties charges that may incur with your order arriving in your country. So please be aware that if you are charged duties, you will be responsible to pay those before they release the package to you.
  • Returned shipments will not be refunded shipping charges.
